Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our luxury products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product arrives damaged. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery with photo evidence of the damage. We will the arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
